Pragya Pratishthan to be a self-governing institution
: (1) Pragya Pratishthan shall be a self-governing institution with unbroken succession.
(2) Pragya Pratishthan shall have its own seal for all business operations.
(3) Pragya Pratishthan may acquire, use, sell or dispose of movable and immovable property like individuals.
(4) Pragya Pratishthan can file a complaint in its own name as an individual, and Pragya Pratishthan can also file a complaint in the same name.
(5) Pragya Pratishthan can enter into contracts with individuals and use the rights and fulfill obligations according to the contract.
(2) Pragya Pratishthan shall have its own seal for all business operations.
(3) Pragya Pratishthan may acquire, use, sell or dispose of movable and immovable property like individuals.
(4) Pragya Pratishthan can file a complaint in its own name as an individual, and Pragya Pratishthan can also file a complaint in the same name.
